Yesterday afternoon a few friends and I took off on our motorbikes to enjoy the last remnants of summer afternoons. Came around a corner on the S2S heading south towards Squamish and there were brake lights and people swerving. Well, someone's very expensive mountain bike fell off their rack due to rack failure. Knowing this is an expensive bike and damn near brand new, I called my wife to come and pick it up so that we can try to get it back to its proper owner versus leaving it on the side of the highway and who knows what fate.
