Jasper ride recommendations

I'll be in Jasper playing tourist for a few days at the end of May and would like to rent a bike for half a day and do some riding.

Any recommendations for bike rentals and a nice loop that has a mix of nice singletrack and scenic views?

We'll be staying in town and I'd prefer to not take the car and just ride from town unless there is some must-do ride that is further away.

I think there is a lot of National Park there....  see if you can go to Hinton.  I hear there are better stuff around there.
