All I know for sure is, if you're not running different pressures front/rear, then you're not part of the cool crowd.

Ummmm ... build it high, build it skinny?
And in my 30 years of mountain biking, I've had the opposite experience!
Okay, so first ... thank you from the bottom of my heart for correctly calling it Daylight SAVING Time, not savingS time! It's not a fxxxing bank account!
I may be in the minority, but I actually like the DST system. The worst thing, imo, is having to endure the endless bitching and moaning about DST twice/year. All this silliness about "increased accidents" and so on are just a diversion that appeals to people that are so resistant to change that they can't handle an hour of time change. People fly across time zones every single day and adjust to 1, 2, 3 and more hours of time change and nobody whinges about that!
Rant over, the sun is coming out for what's shaping up to be a gorgeous Monday, can't wait to finish off my work cause Imma hit some trails this afternoon!
That's gorgeous! I have a pic from when we rode that trail, but much later in the season so no wildflowers in bloom.
Kn.
Did he crash or was he ordered to do pushups for being a "bad boy"?
:scream:
Nice helmet.
For a real challenge, ride the line between the two wood ramps.

> Gerbil Cage! I saw them pulling a British guy out of this stunt on a stretcher.
Not the gerbil cage. This pic is the Zipper.

maybe its part of his re-election strategy which seems to be nowhere at this point ?
Hows that supposed to get him re elected?
The deplorables will come out of the woodwork to vote for him because political persecution.
Interestingly, there is nothing in the constitution preventing a convicted felon from running for president. In 1920 a dude who was serving time in federal prison ran for president and got 3% of the vote.
The deplorables come out of the woodwork for him anyway and the last 2 elections showed that people come out of the woodwork to vote against him in even larger numbers so it is a net loss. The only way to improve his chances of winning is if he can convince more of the undecided voters to come over to his side but there are few of those left and being indicted only works against him with this crowd. I wouldn't doubt that this is his strategy, but it won't work if he gets through the primaries.
He also is hoping for violence and I think he has a good chance of succeeding.
Well I think that trump is counting on his base, but apparently there are about 10 million Gen Z kids that will become eligible to vote in 2024, and the largest bloc of voters for 2024 will be Gen Z/millenials, who are generally fed up with Republican BS and generally living life afraid of being killed for simply showing up for school.
So yeah, I don't think things will spin the way Republicans think it will.

Interesting FP1 and FP2 sessions today. Some names in the top 10 that you wouldn't expect. Alonso looking tip top.
Question of the day: will K-Mag and Nico play nice or will they just pretend to be buds for a few races before it goes to fisticuffs?

I just hope Ferrari stops shittin'the bed almost every race.
Yes please!
So many piss poor tire management and pit strategy screwups!! I know Binotti is out as team principal, but it would be interesting to know whether he was really behind all those bad decisions. It's not like he didn't have a lot of solid experience managing an F1 team.
Spotted an R1S on Dollarton Highway yesterday. Did not expect that.
Oh isn't that cute! A thread from the dead revived by a freshly minted bot account!
We, as a nation, have spent multiple generations voting for whoever promises to lower our taxes. Damn near every federal government has lowered taxes more than the one prior. Well, there ya go, Canada, those taxes pay for health care, education, roads and water/sewer infrastructure, along with thousands of other things. So this is where we're at. Schools don't have the supplies they had when I was in elementary/secondary school. Kids have to buy things that used to be given out in class. Health care outcomes and wait times are getting worse. And so on ... as Rick Mercer put it so brilliantly, the voters are saying "we will vote for a gerbil if we can get a dollar back".
The voters need to learn that taxes actually do some good, and stop complaining about paying for our "free" health care with their taxes.
I mostly think about the gear they had. Wool clothes, leather boots and hemp ropes were 'state of the art' tech for that time. So different from all the technical materials we have for climbing and mountaineering now!
He used to tell this story a lot. Like any good fisherman, the story of the one that got away is what sticks in memory.
Don and Phyllis Munday summited Waddington in 1935. My grandfather and his brother attempted the climb in 1934. They got within 150 metres of the summit when a major blizzard hit. They spent two days bivvied in an ice cave, and when things cleared up, they knew they didn't have enough supplies to make summit and get back down to base camp, so they made the decision to head down and try again the next summer. Of course, by then the Mundays already bagged the first ascent.
As long as I can remember, my grandpa kept a huge B&W photo of Waddington over his fireplace.
