and married/committed relationship men… if you budget how do you hide stupid spending from the wife? I assume every third commission cheque will have to be cashed with money stored at my office in an envelop but i am looking for input here.

I have my business account, from there I pay myself a wage. I take x amount of dollars every month and put into a safety deposit box. This has been my just in case I murder someone money and I need to leave the country money for the last 8 years.

I always figured the yotas to be quite a bit more, the price of a Tacoma is comparable to f150's and much more then Chevs or Rams. Those 1500Rams are going for 27,500 new in the paper.

I love those Tundras though, I have only looked at prices of a Tacoma, and those I thought were steep.

You can get a nice Tundra for mid 30s, mine just happens to be overkill with options.

Honest question.

What makes the exuberant cost of a Toyota truck worth it? I never owned one, so I am curious to know why the owners think its worth the sticker price.

Depends what you think is exuberant - my truck was mid-50s, I am surrounded by guys with 70-90k trucks. The Toyota's aren't considered expensive compared a 1/2 tonne Dodge/Ford/Chevy. I was also looking at the 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 1/2 tonne gasjob and it was about the same price as my Toyota.
