I'm reaching out for recommendations on a good physical therapist on the shore. My damned DH bike spat me out on my hip a couple weeks ago, and aside from not being 100% sure things aren't broken, I know my physio journey needs to start soon. Never dealt with a significant hip injury before, and I've been on crutches since it happened.
Who's good/great/amazing? I'm usually a pretty stubborn, "I'll be fine" type of self healer, so I haven't got a good reference base on local physio, but I know I won't get away with the ignore-and-heal method this time.
I guess this is what I get for doing the same things at 43 that I did when I was 20, but I'm really looking forward to getting as much of a jump on this as possible, and hopefully back at it in a month or so.
