I'm not at the stage of 'building' and probably will never building for the masses like others of builder notoriety but I am scoping some interesting land in the SeaTown treeline, namely the Dr Livingston project which is of the same mindset from the very early days for low volume, in-the-know type of access.

I don't even remember when I snapped that pic but it was a chuckler to run into Putty banging nails. 

My bro, Paul S. Higgins master of the Darkside, has been departed for 10yrs now and that was him riding his 45lb Peeler a few years prior.  

My nephew, Paul's son, Sam and all his crew are the new breed and did a lot of the work to rebuild one of the old classic lines (name escapes me rn) in the last year or two.
